Every couple will receive a complimentary surprise amuse-bouche, specially crafted by our chefs to tantalize your taste buds.

Course 1: The Perfect Beginning - choose one

• octopus: smoked potato pierogi, chorizo ragu

• beets by Belgard: smoked, raw, and pickled beets, house ricotta, candied walnut (vg, gf) (vegan option available)

Course 2: A Taste of Comfort - choose one

• gnocchi: lamb + pork ragu, snap peas, grana padano

• risotto: seared Hokkaido scallops, black garlic + mushroom purée (gf) (vegetarian and vegan options available)

Course 3: The Main Event - choose one

• 6 oz grilled coulotte steak: pomme puree, roasted root vegetables, madeira jus (gf)

• roasted sablefish: red pepper rice pilaf, grilled asparagus, moqueca sauce (gf)

Course 4: Sweet Endings - choose one

• chocolate lava cake: Cereal milk ice cream, cocoa nibs (vg)

• pear apple crumble: brown butter semifreddo, salted caramel, cinnamon + oat topping (vg, gf)
